My Christmas!

This Christmas was actually one of the best Christmas' I had in a while. This Christmas I got an Ipod touch (8gb) I got New Super Mario Bros. Wii and I got Mario & Sonic at the Olympic Winter Games. As well as sneakers these gifts were all that I wanted. The New Super Mario Bros. Wii was the hottest game on the Wii's market and was sold out all throughout gamestop's. But I got one and I am happy for that. All in all I believed my Christmas was very fun and I thank Santa for getting me what I wanted

Who's our Next Victim?

With baseball Winter Meetings ariving soon the World Champion Yankees may have to decide on their top priorities whether it may be a starter, left-fielder or a new DH. They would like to pick up Doc Halladay as one of the best starters in todays game. But i think the best option for them is to go after John Lackey he's been great on the scene for the Angels and he would be a great addition to the club.

Review of U.S. of Branches Government

They came from the Ratification of the Constitution in 1790 when delegates thought of new ideas to add. The United States Constitution divides government into three separate and distinct branches: the Executive, Legislative and Judicial branches. The concept of separate branches with distinct powers is known as separation of powers. That doctrine arose from the writings of several European philosophers. The Englishman John Locke first pioneered the idea, but he only suggested a separation between the executive and legislative. The Frenchman Charles-Louis de Secondat, Baron de Montesquieu, added the judicial branch. The U.S. Branches of Government show order and blance of the laws in the U.S.A.

The United States Department of Education, also referred to as the DOE, is a Cabinet-level department of the United States government.
